Shipping & Handling
Destinations:
We ship to virtually every country in the world. Remember that there are import restrictions on some products in some countries. Duties and tariffs may also apply to your imported goods. We strongly advise you seek advice from your local customs broker BEFORE you make your purchasing decision.
Shipping Costs:
To facilitate trading with ActFind.com, we make the shipping rates visible BEFORE you actually commit to the order. If you have special ordering requirements, please correspond with our sales department, who will advise you of the details of such costs before your confirm your order.
Shipping Availability Date:
For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 1-3 business days after payment has been cleared. However, sometimes goods are not in stock, and should the delay be more than 3 working days we will contact you to discuss the options available to you - which may include waiting longer, changing the order to a similar product, or cancelling the items not in stock.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped.
Delivery Time:
All shipments will be delivered via the shipping method you selected during the checkout process - unless special circumstances exist. For air courier, delivery will generally take place 3 to 5 business days after the actual shipping date. Total delivery time, including preparation of the order, and actual shipping time, is typically 6 to 8 business days from the date of your order. In some cases, your customs department may inspect or hold your order, which invariably, will delay the delivery date.
Insurance:
For high value orders, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to guard against loss and damages during the transportation process. Please contact Customer Services to inquire about insurance rates for your order.
All items are carefully packed and addressed for export delivery. Should items become damaged or lost during shipment, ActFind.com shall not be liable.
In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact Customer Services to initiate the claim. ActFind.com will work in good faith with the insurance company.
Customs Clearance, Import Duties and VAT:
Please make your own inquiries concerning import duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs and import restrictions according to your local requirements. The buyer is responsible for these expenses. Often these fees are paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
ActFind.com shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay as this is outside our control.
Product Certifications:
Each country has its own certification requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product. If you have a specific question about a product, please contact our Customer Services directly.
Return Policy:
All our products, unless stated in the full specification area of the Site, come with a 12 month warranty.
Goods will only be replaced if they arrive in a defective state, or they fail within the warranty period. Goods cannot be exchanged or returned on any other basis.
For returns, the buyer must contact ActFind.com (Customer Services) in writing to describe the reason for returns and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the items back to Actfind.com. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact. This RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the Packaging. If you do not FIRST apply and send the RMA number with the goods, we will not accept the goods for processing and you will bear all associated costs.
The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to ActFind.com. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.
ActFind.com shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer purchase shipping insurance and use a tracking number when shipping the goods.
We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your returned goods. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of receipt.

We shall do our best to provide timely and helpful customer support to all ActFind.com clients. If you find problems with our service, please contact us at Customer Services and we will try to resolve any problem without delay.
We reserve the right to terminate any transaction, no matter what stage it is at during the ordering process, and refund any monies that have been paid.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without providing any earlier written notification.
